Job Description

We are seeking a skilled POS System Support Specialist to join our team. As a POS System Support Specialist, you will provide first-level end-user support for POS systems, network, hardware, and software issues across all outlets and HQ.

You will be responsible for coordinating with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as supporting and assisting in outlet openings or renovations.

In addition, you will assist in documenting process flows, test case scenarios, and training guides when required, and generate reports as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, a diploma or degree in Computer Information Technology or a business-related field, and knowledge and working experience in IT support, POS systems, or similar roles.

Familiarity with SAP systems is an advantage, as is basic knowledge of Excel formulas and SQL queries.

The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills with initiative, be self-driven and highly independent, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
