Job Description:

This is a full-time, onsite role in a MOE School. If you are selected,
you will work closely with the Principal, Vice Principal, Operations Manager and Admin Manager, SPL, in MOE Secondary School (nearest MRT Siglap) in day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support in general upkeep of school compound and equipment;
  2. Inspect work progress and provide feedback to Operations Manager;
  3. Accompany MOE term contractors for inspections and maintenance/repair works;
  4. Provide logistical support for school events and functions;
  5. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Manager/Vice Principals and Principal.

Requirements:

  • Physically fit
  • Experience performing school attendant duties in schools preferred

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7 am to 4 pm (inclusive of 30 min lunch break)
Friday: 7 am to 3.30 pm (inclusive of 30 min lunch break)

Note:
Alternative working hours can be arranged based on the needs of the school and will be assigned by the Operations Manager.
Service normally not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. However, personnel may be required to work on Saturdays where necessary.
