This is a pivotal role that drives the implementation of cutting-edge data science and artificial intelligence strategies across our organization. As Senior AI and Data Science Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and deployment of AI/ML models, ensuring model accuracy, scalability, and performance.

You will lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and building end-to-end solutions using AI/ML models, following SDLC standards, including data integration, application security, and scalable design. Additionally, you will establish best practices and techniques for model evaluation, testing, and upgrades.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize AI/ML models to enhance and automate controls frameworks
  • Evaluate models for responsible/ethical AI frameworks and apply controls to manage AI risk
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define solution requirements
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders articulating risks, benefits, and controls for data, cloud, and AI

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Operations Research, or a similar field of study. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in data and analytics roles is required, along with expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and deep learning.

Candidates must have hands-on experience in building and managing model pipelines for testing, training, and deployment, as well as proficiency with handling unstructured problems, managing complex structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
