Senior Data Science Project Lead

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in data science and AI project management? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Science Project Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and closure of complex data science and AI projects.

This role requires excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive tech-enabled change in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data science and AI projects, from scoping and planning to execution, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define deliverables and align priorities.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with complex data science and AI projects.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years experience as a project manager for data science/AI/ML projects.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.), excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
