Our goal is to find a skilled professional who can take on the role of Recruitment Specialist.

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a driven and result-oriented individual to match candidates with job openings and clients' requirements.

A key responsibility of this position is to gather essential information about candidates, assess their qualifications, and accurately profile them for presentation to clients.

The successful candidate will be able to grasp clients' unique selling propositions (USPs) and utilise diverse outlets to effectively target suitable candidates.

Key responsibilities also include evaluating candidates based on their resumes, cover letters, and interview performance, as well as staying updated on industry trends to propose fresh hiring ideas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate efficiently and thrive in environments that challenge their abilities.

Additionally, they should be confident in decision-making, able to adjust strategies based on changing circumstances, and possess good working attitude and high sales drive.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:30pm)/ WFH

Location: Tanjong Pagar/ Shenton Way MRT

Salary: Competitive Commission, Sales Incentives
