Backend Software Engineer

Job Requirements
  • Proficient in Java core technology, familiar with common design patterns, and have good object-oriented programming (OOP) ideas and code design capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and other frameworks, with experience in microservice architecture design and practice.
  • Strong skills in database design and performance tuning, proficient in relational databases such as MySQL, and familiar with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
  • Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, including debugging and root cause analysis for critical system issues.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills, high accountability, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
