Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Director to join our team at National University Hospital (Singapore) PTE LTD.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient running of the ward/department assigned. This includes:
- Ensuring personalised, specialised and cost-effective care is provided by nursing staff to patients, in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures, standards of nursing care and practices.
- Managing the ward/department budget, resources and personnel to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Developing and implementing quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Extensive experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, patients and families.
- Ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.
