Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for requisition and maintenance of office equipment, printing of office stationery, coordinating documents for approval, communicating with internal and external parties, and providing general administrative support to management.

This role involves various tasks including:

  • Admin Function: Requisition and maintenance of office equipment, printing of office stationery, coordination of documents for approval, communication with internal and external parties, and general administrative support to management.
  • Technical Skills: Minimum 'O' levels / ITE or similar with experience in office duties, IT skills in Microsoft packages – Word, PowerPoint & Excel, use of office equipment and telephone system, knowledge of renewal procedures in licences, making travel arrangements, and basic accounting skills advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, personal planning, organising and time management skills, ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure and deadline, detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills both verbal and written, strong decision-making skills, problem solving skills, and conflict management abilities.
