Reliability Expert for Semiconductor Process

We seek a seasoned reliability engineer to develop and implement process technology qualification plans, conduct reliability tests, and provide technical support for high-quality standards.

  • Develop new process technology reliability qualification plans to meet milestones.
  • Design and execute process technology reliability monitoring plans.
  • Conduct wafer-level reliability tests and analysis.
  • Support fab monitoring, customer issues, and engineering change evaluations.
  • Implement new or enhanced process and product reliability tests, methodologies, capabilities, techniques.
  • Schedule and prioritize reliability tests requests.

Requirements:

  • Masters/degree in science or engineering (mechanical, chemical) or equivalent.
  • Over 10 years of experience in semiconductor environment with leadership role in WLR/PLR reliability.
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor technologies, trends, and needs.
  • Experience with automotive, logic, high-voltage, flash/NVM general-purpose processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of front-end/back-end reliability mechanisms, test methodology.
  • Good knowledge of international standards & requirements on process & product reliability (AEC-Q100, JEDEC).
