Job Opportunity: Warehousing Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehousing Admin to play a key role in the smooth operation of our warehouse. This individual will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, processing incoming and outgoing raw materials and stock, and maintaining accurate stock records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Process incoming and outgoing raw materials/stock, verifying their accuracy and condition upon receipt.
  • Assist in stock count, preparation, and verification of packing lists to guarantee inventory accuracy.
  • Track and maintain stock records via our ERP system, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate stock records across various locations, resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Perform daily pick and pack of stocks for delivery, meeting customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a related field, preferably in warehousing or logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • A positive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development.
