The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in product management, including product development. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent work experience is required. Additionally, experience in insurance or a similar industry is preferred.

This role requires strong business acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency in using data and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, QlikSense, MS PowerBI) to understand various business metrics, diagnose performance, and inform actionable changes. You will be passionate about data and the strategic insights derived from it, eager to dive deep into data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.

Solution-oriented, you will be able to design and implement full cycle process analytics, roadmaps, and maturing capabilities. You will bring teams/people together to work through challenges, build trusting and collaborative relationships with Business, Data, and IT stakeholders & teams, and communicate complex information to matrixed teams.
