The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various initiatives across Medical, Nursing, and Allied Health departments. Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to Directors, Managers, clinicians, and staff in the delivery of clinical care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to Directors and Managers
- Supporting clinical services across Medical, Nursing, and Allied Health departments
- Participating in projects focused on enhancing patient care, safety standards, and operational efficiency
- Identifying areas for improvement to ensure smooth and effective operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Preferably at least 2 years of working experience
- Good writing skills, meticulous, and organized with good planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and supervise junior staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred qualifications include experience in a healthcare setting and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
