**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Administrator located near in Lavender MRT. The Clinic Administrator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, managing medical records, forecasting, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves marketing, providing lots of room for personal development.

**Operations**
- Maintenance of clinic aesthetic and hygiene
- Front line counter services
- Handling the proper filing and documentation of medical related records
- Coordinate appointments, registration of patients, attending to walk-in and phone enquiries
- Perform clinical administrative duties timely and accurately
- Prepare weekly/monthly/periodic reports
- Organize/schedule company's events/meetings, taking minutes of meeting
- Record of transactions into accounting system
- Process vendor invoices and manage timely payables
- Process customer invoices and manage receivables

**Marketing**
- Objective & Goal: To drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- To improve company sales numbers through marketing campaigns/events
- To work closely with vendors, partners and agencies for campaigns execution
- To monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis
- To assist market research, content creation and marketing events coordination
- To manage digital marketing and social media accounts
- To assist in market research on competition, trends and to identify opportunities for growth

**Requirements**:

- Strong Customer Service skills
- Exhibit team player spirit with colleagues and management
- Experience in clinic administration
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, resourceful and pro-active
- Adaptable, resilient, ability to multi-task and to work well in a dynamic environment
- Required languages: English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking customers and associates
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a clinical or medical setting is a plus
