About the Job
Are you a seasoned administrative professional with expertise in human resources? Do you have experience in managing day-to-day office operations, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration?
We are seeking an Administrative and HR Manager to join our team at China Communications Construction Company Limited (Singapore Branch).
About the Role
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including strategic development, recruitment, compensation, and benefits.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support project growth.
- Lead and organize HR projects, initiatives, and policies.
- Coordinate job advertisements on job portals and manage the entire recruitment process.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, as well as workstation setup and preparation.
- Collect and verify attendance records, handle payroll, and manage work passes and government licenses.
- Track probation reviews and annual reviews for employees.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Assist with company worker accommodation, work injury claims, flight ticket purchases, and training matters.
- Initiate plans for a cohesive working environment and manage general office administration works.
Requirements
- Candidate with at least 6 years relevant experience is preferred.
- Degree in any qualification is required.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be an added advantage.
- 5.5 days/6 days work week (Alternate Saturday) is required.
- Knowledge of payroll software such as Whyze is necessary.
- Willingness to work in a construction site is essential.
- Independent, good communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure are must-haves.
About You
- You possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- You have experience in data entry and office administration.
- You are skilled in travel arrangements and can work well under pressure.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of SGD $50,000 - SGD $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
