Senior Subsea Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in offshore subsea projects, excellent business acumen, and a hands-on approach to driving growth within defined strategic parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop pricing models and financial analysis to support commercial decisions.

Market & Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and presentations to support business development activities.
  • Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities in coordination with the Commercial Director.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure bid and project alignment.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing between business units to strengthen commercial competitiveness.
  • Track and report on commercial KPIs and pipeline performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial or business development roles within offshore subsea construction, underwater contracting, or SURF/subsea operations.
  • Experience in preparing tender packages, managing client accounts, and supporting contract negotiations.
