Role Overview:
The Facility Management Intern will play a crucial role within our facility management division, assisting in the oversight of operations and client requirements. This position will also involve collaboration with sustainability teams to implement various eco-friendly initiatives across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site evaluations and perform both preventive and corrective maintenance, while proposing sustainable facility initiatives (e.g., renewable energy solutions, biofuels, IoT applications, electric vehicle charging stations, etc.).
- Assist in the addition and authorization processes for premises, including site migrations and expansions.
- Collaborate closely with clients, warehouse operations, contractors, and relevant agencies.
- Support the renewal of necessary authority certifications, licenses, and service agreements.
- Analyze energy consumption data through building management systems to enhance Green Mark building performance.
- Conduct preliminary energy audits of CEVA premises.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management or a related Engineering field.
- Demonstrated interest and awareness of sustainability practices and concepts.
- Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical, as well as civil engineering drawings.
- Open to learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Responsible team player with the capability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Comfortable performing hands-on tasks and troubleshooting minor issues.
