The Main Responsibilities of this position are:
1. Monitoring vessel arrival and departure to anticipate operational needs and challenges
2. Overseeing cargo loading and unloading operations
3. Handling cargo documentation, invoices, and shipments
4. Optimizing resource utilization for cost-efficient port calls, including coordination of Ship Stores, Marine Services, Bunkering & Crew Changes
5. Processing formalities and declarations in a timely manner for smooth ship entry or departure
6. Providing vessel attendance as required to oversee operations and ensure smooth port handling
7. Preparing quotations and proforma disbursements as needed by clients, shipowners, and shipping lines
8. Completing tasks and projects assigned by the Department Manager

The ideal candidate should have no prior experience, but we provide on-the-job training. The role requires ability to multitask and flexibility to work irregular hours.
