Youth Rehabilitation Programme Director

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our youth-focused rehabilitation programmes. The successful candidate will drive the overall direction and philosophy of our initiatives, ensuring they align with our organisational goals.
The role involves managing budgets, reporting, and funding coordination with authorities, as well as supervising and mentoring staff to build structured development pathways.
Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, developing SOPs, and managing incidents are also key responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will represent our organisation in external networks, aligning efforts with strategic goals and promoting our mission.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Social Sciences with at least 5 years of experience in managerial or leadership roles.
- Good knowledge and experiences with social work interventions, social policies, and community engagement.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of a passion for our mission and ability to inspire others.
