Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a KYC AML Specialist. The role will involve supporting the bank's internal compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulatory and industry standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting scheduled and ad-hoc reviews of client risk profiles, monitoring and tracking relevant records, and validating customer information using approved sources. They will also conduct enhanced due diligence checks, including analysis of negative news and social media activity, and highlight suspicious product usage to senior management for further review.

Key responsibilities include:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-5 years' experience in KYC/AML or a related field (banking preferred)
  • Detailed knowledge of AML/KYC processes and industry standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers directly when required
