Job Title: Food Service Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, leading teams, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with guests:

    Maintain high quality service standards, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

  • Lead and train team members:

    Supervise, lead, and train team members to ensure they meet the required standards of performance and service excellence.

  • Handle guest complaints:

    Effectively and professionally handle guest complaints, taking swift action to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences.

  • Increase satisfaction levels:

    Consistently look for ways to increase satisfaction levels for guests, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall experience.

  • Support daily operations:

    Collaborate with managers to support daily operations, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly scheduling, and restaurant profitability evaluation.

  • Maintain food hygiene and safety standards:

    Take responsibility for maintaining food hygiene and safety standards, adhering to audit protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Guest service skills:

    Deliver high-quality guest service with a welcoming manner, responding promptly to guest needs and concerns.

  • Hotel/resort experience:

    Have experience working in a hotel/resort environment, delivering Food & Beverage services with a focus on quality and consistency.

  • Outlet management:

    Have experience managing an outlet in an outdoor environment, overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company standards.

  • Team leadership:

    Experience in leading a team of service crews, mentoring staff, and developing their skills and abilities.

  • Beverage knowledge:

    Knowledgeable about beverages, including bartendering, which is an added advantage.

  • F&B marketing:

    Involved in F&B marketing and promotions, creating engaging campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
