Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our management of HSEQ related projects for ship management strategy division energy.

This role involves implementing a Safety Management System, including tasks related to manuals and fleet notices. Additionally, the candidate will investigate accidents & incidents, advise on measures to prevent recurrence, develop and enhance Cyber Security of Vessel ICT systems, and support senior management for collaboration with stakeholders on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement a Safety Management System, including tasks related to manuals and fleet notices.
  • Investigate accidents & incidents and advise on measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and enhance Cyber Security of Vessel ICT systems.
  • Support senior management for collaboration with stakeholders on ERP issues.
  • Monitor and analyze HSEQ objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist with HSEQ and Certification processes, including smartPAL HSEQ and Quality Document Management System (QDMS).
Requirements:
  • Deck Class 1 Certificate of Competency.
  • At least 10 years' shore experience in ship management or oil industry.
  • Good knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, TMSA, SIRE, and ISO standards.
  • Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build consensus.
