About the Role:

  • Conduct sales and purchases of fine jewelry.
  • Deliver superior customer service & achieve targeted sales metrics.
  • Arrange and display jewelry items in an attractive and well-organized manner.
  • Maintain counters, display cases, and the store environment clean and tidy.
  • Ensure consistency in product presentation, appearance, and display standards.
  • Report daily sales or any issues to the store manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on jewelry products, features, and benefits through ongoing research and training.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling high-quality jewelry products.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately manage inventory levels, ensure accurate stock counts, and maintain a well-organized store environment.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer concerns promptly, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, support fellow employees, and contribute to a positive work environment.
