About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with our brand goals and audience engagement objectives.
  • Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate the brand story.
  • Create high-quality and visually appealing social media content across various formats (text, images, videos) that adheres to brand guidelines and identity.
  • Manage and schedule social media content calendars ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics and generate insights to inform content strategy and campaign optimization.
  • Engage and interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive brand community.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices and implement innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique audiences and functionalities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and impactful content.
  • Solid visual design sense and proficiency in relevant design software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Possession of a strong storytelling ability.
