Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Site Manager to lead our cleaning crew in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and manage the onsite team of cleaners, overseeing daily activities and ensuring seamless operations.
  2. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, communicating effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Maintain equipment, reporting any faults or issues promptly.
  4. Assign duties and tasks to the team members, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  5. Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  6. Liaise with management to discuss client feedback, employee performance, and operational improvements.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and off days.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
