IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our IT team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist. This role involves providing top-notch technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

About the Role

This is a key position that plays a crucial role in delivering excellent IT services to our organization. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for solving complex technical problems, improving processes, and enabling others through technology.

  • Provide day-to-day technical support (hardware, software, and network troubleshooting).
  • Administer user accounts, password resets, and access rights on Active Directory Server.
  • Manage LAN, WAN, and wireless network stability.
  • Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Asana.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets (procurement, issuance, recovery).
  • Maintain the company telephone system (IP/PBX).
  • Ensure IT security policies are followed, keeping systems healthy and updated.
  • Maintain IT documentation (asset registers, licenses, network diagrams).
  • Conduct training for staff when new systems or upgrades are introduced.
  • Assist in planning and implementing IT projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of IT support experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Windows Server, and networks.
  • Experience with Microsoft BC and Asana is essential.
  • Familiarity with telephone systems (IP/PBX) and wireless network administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and support non-technical staff effectively.
