Job Title: Senior Marketing Lead

The role of Senior Marketing Lead is a pivotal position that oversees the development and implementation of marketing strategies for Southeast Asia (S.E.A) region.

This involves collaborating with Japan HQ to drive brand strategy, digital marketing efforts, and content initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support brand strategy, digital marketing, and content initiatives in S.E.A.
  • Collaborate with country-level marketing teams to align regional strategies.
  • Drive strategic projects through close collaboration with marketing counterparts in respective regional offices.
  • Optimize marketing communication on a regional scale.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans by identifying key opportunities and developing action plans.
  • Lead the creation of digital marketing and communications strategies, brand assets, and consistent branding across S.E.A markets.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns for offline and online channels.
  • Provide guidance on brand guidelines and best practices for online/offline marketing strategies.
  • Closely collaborate with Sales and Planning teams to develop promotional strategies to support CRM efforts and drive sales revenue.
  • Perform competitive analysis to derive insights on market conditions and business trends to assist stakeholders in making key decisions.
  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve demand generation performance.

Requirements:

  • At least a Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 7 years of trade marketing experience in FMCG consumer electronics, preferably in regional marketing positions.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role, leading team performance.
  • Deep understanding of marketing best practices and experience running successful marketing campaigns in S.E.A.
  • Demonstrate agility in proactively adapting plans to market changes.
  • Experienced in agency management, including event, design, and project agencies.
  • Creative, energetic, and willing to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in tools and technologies for cross-boundary marketing optimization and standardization.
