Home Appliance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Home Appliance Specialist to join our team as an integral part of our customer service operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting and repairing home appliances. They should be able to provide efficient aftersales technical services, including maintenance, installation, and repairs on various home kitchen products.

Key responsibilities will include conducting basic user training to customers on appliance usage and maintenance, preparing and explaining afterservice reports to customers, and working as a frontline staff representative, ensuring excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the Home Appliance Specialist must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Min NiTEC, HiTEC, or Diploma holder in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in servicing major home appliances.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to take corrective measures.
  • Possess Class 3 Driving license is required.
  • Entry Level candidates can be considered, with onjob training provided.
