Lead Operations Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Strategist to lead our Trade and Working Capital Operations team in Asia.

This key role involves overseeing the efficient execution of transactions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, while fostering a proactive risk and control culture.

The successful candidate will collaborate with global teams to enhance client satisfaction and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for process improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Leverage analytical skills to interpret complex data and inform decision-making.
  • Cultivate a collaborative environment to foster open communication and teamwork.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.
