This position will support the Electrical Maintenance Engineer in troubleshooting and day-to-day reactive and preventive maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance execution, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with HSSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily corrective and proactive maintenance activities for all electrical related matters.
  • Closely supervise electrical technicians from contractor partners and provide coaching and guidance.
  • Prioritize, schedule, and conduct maintenance execution work process on all electrical equipment-related works.
  • Work closely with Operations, Technology, Maintenance, and Technical Support Group in carrying out routine maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or ITE qualification in relevant field.
  • 2-5 years' experience in Oil & Gas industry maintenance field.
  • Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) an advantage.
  • Skill in executing maintenance work and managing contractors.
  • Familiarity with Job Hazard Analysis, Confine Space Entry, Permit to Work system, and Clearance application requirement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in managing people and interfacing with others.
