We are seeking an innovative and proactive individual to drive digital transformation in various sectors. As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will empower secure connectivity, foster innovation, and promote prosperity across the globe.

Our ideal candidate will focus on UICC profile validation and homologation with mobile network operators. You will collect and evaluate customer requirements, preparing internal demands for R&D and other relevant departments. Additionally, you will manage project life cycles from customer testing to trial production completion prior to mass production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UICC profile validation and homologation with mobile network operators.
  • Customer requirement collection and evaluation, preparing internal demands for R&D and other relevant departments.
  • Project life cycle management from customer testing to trial production completion prior to mass production.
  • Customer complaint management, communicating directly with customers and various internal departments to prepare findings reports.
  • Technical support provision to sales teams, including tender documentation preparation, on-site/online product/solution presentations.
  • Collaboration with product managers to recommend suitable project solutions/products and provide market information to support internal product planning.
  • Maintenance of customer relationships and regular visits to follow up on current projects and understand new requirements.

Experiences & Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in SIM cards in the telecommunication industry.
  • Excellent understanding of UICC/eUICC ETSI/3GPP/GSMA standards covering 3G/LTE/4G/5G networks is mandatory.
  • Understanding of EMV standard and Visa/Mastercard requirements.
