Job Title: Technical Innovation Leader

The role reports to the IT Software Development and Application Support Manager. The role has management responsibility over the strategies and initiatives for the following IT functions:

  • Leading the digital and AI initiatives and services across the organization from a technology basis.
  • Working with the service management lead to develop resilient Digital solutions for various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative digital solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members on digital technologies and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading digital initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of digital technologies, including AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
