Job Title: Freight Financial Controller

Overview:

Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled individual to manage all accounts payable and receivable activities. This critical role involves overseeing the processing of freight service invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing comprehensive financial reports related to AP and AR.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all AP and AR operations effectively to ensure timely payment and collection of freight services.
  • Process and verify freight service invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly to minimize financial risks.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports related to AP and AR, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal control procedures.
  • Assist in financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
