About the Role
This position involves defining and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting product development by translating needs into technical specifications. As a liaison between business and technical teams, you will ensure clear understanding of priorities and requirements. Key responsibilities include facilitating workshops and meetings, developing comprehensive business requirement documents, and managing requirement updates throughout the development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and document business requirements to align with strategic objectives and key performance indicators.
- Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and user stories to support the requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of priorities and requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and communicate progress.
- Work with engineering teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Partner with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure features are thoroughly tested.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need over 10 years of experience in delivery, business analysis, or project management, with at least 5 years in capital markets, banking, asset management, or fintech platforms. In-depth knowledge of pre-and post-trade workflows for one or more asset classes is essential. Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies is also required. You should have a proven track record of managing medium-scale, complex projects, particularly those involving industry-wide collaboration and cross-functional teams.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role in Singapore is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 depending on qualifications and experience. The compensation package includes attractive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
