As an Order Processing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders and maintaining excellent communication with customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the service team to process customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and vendors to provide updates on business activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Manage shipping, forwarding documents, and coordinate operations.
  • Perform data entry and maintain filing systems.
  • Handle purchase orders (PO), issue delivery orders (DO), invoices, and related documents.
  • Prepare and maintain daily and monthly reports.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • GCE N/O Level
  • Proficient in MS Office: Words and Excel
  • Able to work independently, initiative with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic shipping knowledge will be an advantage
