The Revenue Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in aligning the Go-To-Market (GTM) team throughout the entire client journey, focusing on driving growth, operational clarity, and efficiency. This comprehensive strategy aims to mitigate the risks and inefficiencies associated with isolated operational teams.

Key responsibilities include enabling and consolidating information for multi-stakeholder projects, with a focus on scaling to support ongoing business expansion for global teams. Once a data-driven business model is established and activated with key stakeholders, the primary focus areas will include:

  • Operational Management
  • Enablement across Sales and Digital Marketing Operations
  • Insights for individual contributors, managers, and directors
  • Collaboration with the martech division to oversee the necessary tools to support all initiatives

This position requires an individual with a robust background in data analytics and business processes. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms is highly beneficial. The role encompasses ownership of existing processes, with a clear directive to innovate and implement new strategies that enhance revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Develop a Revenue Operations framework to facilitate organizational growth
  • Monitor the Sales funnel, responsible for analyzing conversion rates at each stage and recommending enhancements
  • Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasting, providing sales leadership with data and analysis to improve forecast accuracy
  • Design and implement processes that support effective marketing planning and forecasting
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Operations to ensure all top-of-funnel activities are accurately tracked and data integrity is maintained
  • Drive key operational metrics for the sales team, such as quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and stage conversion rates
  • Assist in establishing core retargeting strategies
  • Analyze large and diverse datasets to extract insights necessary for informed business decisions, including renewal data and product adoption
  • Utilize team expertise to enhance business processes

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in business administration, finance, management information systems, or a related field
  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience in sales operations
  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools (preferably Eloqua), Tableau, and Adobe applications
  • Effective management of multiple priorities, adapting as necessary
  • Experience in data management, with an understanding of data transformation and visualization techniques to support data-driven decision-making
