Required Skills and Qualifications:

For this role we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Developer with more than 6 years of expertise in Oracle Identity Governance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in customization of ADF UI and SOA workflows, as well as expertise in XML, XSD, SOAP, WSDL, SOA BPEL, Oracle Business Rule, Human Workflows. Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) products integrated with IAM solutions is also required.

Candidates must be skilled in integrating OIM with AD, Exchange, RACF, AS400 connectors and have solid Core Java/J2EE knowledge for customizations. Experience with Flat File / Directory server reconciliation, Bulkload utility and hands-on experience developing connectors, approval workflows, event handlers, scheduled tasks and reconciliation is also necessary. Strong command on UI customizations, UDFs, lookup fields in design console and good knowledge of WebLogic, WebSphere, OHS, JBoss, Apache servers are additional requirements. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and technical leadership skills are essential for success in this position.
