The Customer Success Manager (IAM Practitioner) will manage customer loyalty and adoption of Saviynt's innovative services and products, aligning with customers' business objectives and priorities. The role involves driving customer success through advisory, adoption recommendations, opportunities for increased service, and metrics analysis. Success in this role means higher customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of Saviynt's business.

What You'll Be Doing: The Impact You'll Make
  • Serve as the primary contact and advocate for assigned customers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a seamless sales, orientation, and launch process.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's identity and access governance landscape and their unique business challenges, providing expert advice on solutions leveraging the Saviynt product suite.
  • Maintain trusting relationships with customers and sponsors to drive product adoption and achieve full business value.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Product Development and Support, to align activities with customer goals.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal prioritization, advocating for their needs.
  • Prepare for critical customer events such as go-lives and product releases to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Develop and maintain account and success plans for each customer, outlining objectives and strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs related to customer success, conducting reviews to ensure progress.
  • Analyze customer utilization trends and provide proactive recommendations.
  • Deliver educational initiatives on new product features to maximize understanding and adoption.
  • Manage renewal pipelines and identify at-risk accounts to ensure successful renewals.
  • Assist in managing delivery projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
  • Contribute to organizational process improvements for better engagement strategies.
  • Collect and channel customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
What You Bring: Your Unstoppable Edge
  • Practical experience and knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM); cybersecurity and compliance background is highly valued.
  • Experience as an Identity Security practitioner is preferred.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Experience in Customer Success or Application Portfolio Management within SaaS is desirable.
  • Hands-on IAM and broader Security space experience.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and on-premise IT landscapes and their integration.
  • Experience in consulting and implementing IT systems, especially cloud services and identity management solutions.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on problem-solving and customer support skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including issue tracking and crisis navigation.
  • Collaborative team player mentality.
  • Experience in Process Improvement, Decision Making, and Service Excellence.
  • Proactive with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer engagement.
