Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing test programs for new products, designing and developing final test loadboards and wafersort probecards, and performing characterization testing. Additionally, the candidate will manage production test yield and quality, and improve test solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test programs for new products using C++/VB language and Python script.
  • Design and develop final test loadboards and wafersort probecards.
  • Perform characterization testing, prepare test specifications, and define tests, conditions, and criteria.
  • Manage production test yield and quality, and improve test solutions.
  • Conduct product test and releases review, and approve test program releases.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics).
  • Minimum 5-yrs ATE Test Program Development (C++ and/or VB) experience.
  • Experience in Test HW Development (Loadboard and Probecard).
  • Knowledge on manufacturing process (fab, packaging, test).
  • Hands-on development experience with Teradyne J750, Uflex ATE testers, IG-XL test programming, and Chroma and other main stream testers.
