Linux Embedded Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux kernel configuration, customization, and file system setup.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, debugging, and optimizing embedded Linux systems. This includes performing hardware debugging, U-Boot, and Linux driver development.

Additional responsibilities include participating in requirement discussions, analyzing feasibility, and carrying out software development based on requirement documents.

Candidates should also have experience with software testing and inspection, eliminating defects in the code, and writing relevant technical reports and development documentation.

The selected individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Linux kernel configuration, customization, and file system setup
  • Familiar with Linux low-level drivers, device trees, and driver frameworks
  • Solid understanding of hardware principles and ability to analyze circuit designs
  • Experience in application development and system testing
  • Strong knowledge of U-Boot framework, device driver development
  • Proficient in C++, Shell scripting, and Python
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with hardware debugging and Linux driver development
  • Good coding practices and ability to work independently
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
