Embedded Linux Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Linux Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing high-quality embedded Linux software solutions.

  • Design and develop high-quality embedded Linux software solutions.
  • Collaborate with our hardware engineering team to ensure seamless integration between software and hardware components.
  • Test and debug software code to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Work with our QA team to identify and resolve defects in our software products.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure that our codebase remains clean, modular, and maintainable.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in embedded Linux software development.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Linux kernel development and driver development processes.
  • Experience with embedded web development and socket communication protocols.
  • Familiarity with GUI frameworks like QT and advanced user interface development skills.
  • Understanding of Linux BSP production, including Bootloader, Kernel, Buildroot, and system build processes.
  • Mastery of embedded security mechanisms such as Secure Boot and encryption algorithms.
  • Deep understanding of ARM and RISC-V architectures with the ability to conduct performance optimization based on product requirements and features.
  • Expertise in ARM-based master chips and in-depth familiarity with embedded control board hardware circuits.
  • Familiarity with common communication interfaces such as UART, RS485, I2C, SPI, CAN, LVDS, and Ethernet.
