**Job Summary**

NEXTBEAT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Service Captain to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and achieving excellent customer satisfaction.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with strong leadership skills and experience in Food & Beverage (F&B). As a Service Captain, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain high standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • To take orders, serve food & beverages, and attend to customers' requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and achieve excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Assist the manager in administration tasks and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in F&B or a related field.
  • Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, PH, and holidays.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  1. An estimated monthly salary range of SGD $2,800 - $3,500 based on experience and qualifications.
  2. A performance bonus paid bi-yearly, subject to company sales performance and individual staff performance.
  3. A relocation allowance of SGD $10 per day for working outside your designated outlet cluster.
  4. Daily commissions based on outlet sales, shared equally among kitchen staff.
  5. Allowances for footwear, health checks, birthday vouchers, motorbike allowance, annual leave, and public holiday entitlements.
  6. A one-time duty meal provided per shift.
  7. Transportation provided after 11 pm or between outlets on official duties.
  8. 30% discount on staff purchases.
