Process Engineering Manager Opportunity
">We are seeking a talented Process Engineering Manager to lead our process engineering and sustaining activities. This role will be responsible for managing a small team of engineers, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflow.
- Manage process engineering and sustaining activities to optimize process flow and efficiency.
- Monitor and achieve KPIs set for the team.
- Support manufacturing line troubleshooting and sustaining on existing equipment and materials.
- Identify process issues, conduct root cause analysis, and troubleshoot customer complaints.
- Review and ensure process documentation is well-recorded and up-to-date.
- Continuously improve areas of yield, productivity, and scrap cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflow.
- Support industrialization of processes and equipment improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering / Science (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical and Electronics, Material Science, Physics).
- 8 years in process development and engineering sustaining experience in the electronics manufacturing or semiconductor assembly process industry.
- Proven experience to lead a small process engineering team.
- Strong statistical tools and application in SPC, Minitab, DOE, FMEA, JMP.
- Knowledge in ISO and EHS management system.
