Project Management Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI application and data platform projects in the financial crime compliance domain.

  • Responsibilities include managing end-to-end IT project delivery for AI applications and data platforms.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
  • Preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
  • Designing functional solutions for AI, AML, and financial crime compliance projects.
  • Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preparing test plans, and managing defect resolution.
  • Coordination with development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Overseeing change request management, conducting impact assessments, and maintaining updated documentation.
Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • 5-10 years' experience in IT project management, business analysis, or data engineering.
  • Proven experience delivering AI or data-intensive technology projects.
  • Strong quantitative skills and analytical mindset.
  • Familiarity with AML, financial crime compliance, or Quantexa platform is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
