Job Description
JobStudio is seeking an experienced Healthcare Facilities Manager to lead the development and implementation of healthcare infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering, or architecture, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare infrastructure or project management/design consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage stakeholders and users to conduct feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects
• Lead the design development phase of projects
• Manage the procurement process for consultancy and construction packages necessary for project implementation
• Oversee and manage consultants and contractors
• Develop project governance policies and processes to ensure efficient project management and compliance

Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architecture
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare infrastructure or project management/design consultancy
• Knowledge in Building Regulations, Environmental Health Safety, and Workplace Safety Health requirements pertaining to infrastructure facilities development
• Proficient in Auto CAD drafting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
