We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise storage systems, server administration, and backup solution management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and manage high-performance enterprise storage systems.
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and system security configurations.
  • Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and optimize resource allocation across environments.
  • Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise backup and recovery solutions to ensure data protection and disaster recovery compliance.
  • Perform system and storage capacity planning, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Automate storage, server, and backup tasks using scripting tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure regular backup verification, restoration testing, and documentation of backup procedures.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in storage engineering, server administration, and backup solution management.
  • Strong technical expertise in enterprise storage technologies.
  • Proficiency with enterprise backup tools.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and other virtualization technologies.
  • Expertise in Windows Server and Linux system administration.
  • Advanced scripting and automation skills.

Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to handle high-pressure situations, and demonstrate strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
