We are seeking a Storage Infrastructure Specialist to join our team and support the management of storage-related projects. This person will work closely with the APAC IT storage team to ensure smooth project execution and provide level 3 operational support in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support storage infrastructure projects across APAC regions managed by the APAC storage team
  • Maintain configuration standards and design guidelines for storage systems, management systems, and required software
  • Provide technical assistance to deployment teams
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures followed in the organization
  • Perform storage resource allocations and migrations as required, adhering to established processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in system support on enterprise storage platforms
  • Expertise in EMC PMAX/VMAX, ECS, Pure Storage, NetApp, Brocade SAN switches, and CleverSafe
  • Strong knowledge of storage management, including volume/file system management, data migration, snapshots, and replication
  • Experience in storage upgrades and hands-on with code upgrades
  • Project management experience is highly valued
