About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Coordinator to join our team at OUR RECRUITERS LLP. As a key member of our landscape architecture team, you will be responsible for coordinating detailed design drawings and specifications with consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Coordination: Collaborate with consultants to review and coordinate tree and plants care design plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for landscape maintenance.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare, monitor, and update landscaping progress reports to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Design Evaluation: Evaluate architectural and landscape designs from a horticultural perspective to determine the impact and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Design Development: Develop, modify, and review drawings for landscape architecture projects to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrate creative thinking abilities and contribute to firm-wide design excellence and problem-solving.
  • Constructability: Demonstrate understanding of the relationship between design and constructability to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Possess a Degree/Diploma in Arboriculture/Horticulture or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar projects.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience with substantial working experience in Singapore.
  • Skills: Ability to generate ideas and present concepts, high competency in Lumion, Sketchup, and Photoshop, understanding of tropical and temperate plants, and knowledge of Nparks & NEA practices.
