Clinical Healthcare Professional

This is a highly skilled and specialized role within our organization that requires individuals with the knowledge, skills, and passion to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Support pharmacists in daily operational execution in pharmacies to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure accurate dispensing of prescription and pharmacy-only medications while minimizing errors
- Physically or virtually support patients through telepharmacy, telemedicine, e-pharmacy platforms, and home delivery
- Manage vending machines by overseeing inventory, maintenance, training, and troubleshooting
- Plan, organize, and execute health and wellness activities in-store and team events
- Provide health and wellness advice to customers, including product usage and information
- Make recommendations to customers based on their needs
- Provide excellent customer service to meet customer needs and close sales
- Monitor and control stock levels, ordering, and shelf life management
- Assist in areas such as OTC, diagnostics, and first aid where necessary
- Adhere to all A&P mechanics at the dispensary counter
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the area through regular housekeeping
- Perform cashiering duties when required for PRx
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Prior relevant work experience
- Great passion for the service/retail industry
- Highly customer-oriented, motivated, meticulous, and results-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
