Clinical Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Healthcare Professional to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily living activities for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents on admission, including medical history and current health status.
- Administer medication under the guidance of a licensed nurse, except for controlled drugs and injectables.
- Insert nasogastric tubes and manage feeding systems as required.
- Assist with urinary catheterization for female residents and perform wound care duties.
- Maintain accurate records and submit weekly wound updates.
- Support staff nurses in inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Supervise or assist with meal service, ensuring resident satisfaction and safety.
- Respond to emergencies and participate in procedures as needed.
- Oversee ward routines, allocate tasks for NAs and HAs, and ensure cleanliness and tidiness.
- Provide guidance and training to new staff, NAs, and HAs in nursing procedures.
- Foster excellent customer service and respond to client needs promptly.
- A diploma or degree in nursing from an overseas institution, registerable in the home country.
- An overseas qualification in Nursing, with successful completion of the SNB examination.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in hospitals or nursing homes, either locally or overseas.
