Senior Systems Architect Lead

This is a senior position that requires expertise in designing and integrating satellite communication (SATCOM) systems. The system lead will oversee the design, integration, and commissioning of SATCOM and network systems.
- The system lead will be responsible for overseeing the design, integration, and commissioning of SATCOM and network systems.
- Design and integrate SATCOM and network systems to meet contractual and project requirements.
- Propose and generate SATCOM system architecture and designs based on customer specifications.
- Perform detailed technical analysis and verification to validate system design and implementation.
- Conduct design reviews and presentations with customers to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Perform proof-of-concepts and support overseas trials or demos to showcase system capabilities.
- Responsible for SATCOM system and network configurations, acceptance, interface, and performance testing and commissioning.
- Identify and rectify technical issues through root cause analysis.
- Provide up-to-date project documentation and reports to stakeholders.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in SATCOM or related industry.
- Proven track record in large-scale project implementation and delivery.
- Experience with iDirect or other modem brands is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of SATCOM terminals and RF equipment.
- Ability to perform link budget analysis.
- Experience with test tools and equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer and Network Tester.
- Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude and analytical mind.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results under tight timelines.
